Cas Gasi is the ideal setting for all kinds of formal and informal events and celebrations, for family, friends, business and weddings, with the hotel and its facilities exclusively for your use. The hotel's charm is that it is also a family home, run on the basis of providing an efficient but discreet service that caters for your every wish and ensures your event is a successful one. In this hotel, you are free to be the host.
Weddings
Although the hotel's size means we can only provide accommodation for a limited number of guests, we can cater for a maximum number of 180 people for the reception and meal. Depending on the season, we require all bedrooms to be fully occupied for 3 to 5 days. Additional accommodation is available nearby if you have a large number of invited guests.
The nearest towns for weddings with a religious ceremony are Santa Gertrudis and San Rafael, each with its church dating back hundreds of years, although Cas Gasi's central location means that none of the island's impressive churches are very far away. Civil weddings can take place in the hotel's superb gardens. Depending on the total number of guests, you may need a marquee.
We take care of: catering, transport, transfers, horse-drawn carriage, vintage car, live music (guitar, Flamenco, jazz, etc.) or DJ, decoration, flowers, lighting, hairdressers, masseurs, beauticians and, if you wish, we can put you in touch with a master of ceremonies.
Family gatherings
Ideal for large families spanning a range of age groups, as every generation can find something to enjoy at Cas Gasi: just relaxing or reading in the shade of a pine tree, taking a walk up on the hill, doing a few lengths in the pool, improving your yoga technique or having a couple of drinks in the bar, everyone is kept happy. Especially if the place is suitable for children to enjoy all kinds of open-air activities, running around, climbing trees, etc., without bothering anyone... All this makes everyone's holiday a happy and pleasurable one.
Birthdays and special occasions
Relish being the host. Invite your friends and impress them with your relaxed demeanour in the midst of a large-scale event. You'll be spending time with them rather than worrying about whether everything is going to plan.
Business meetings and brainstorming sessions
Cas Gasi's special features make it the perfect place for holding high-level seminars and business meetings. Being together for several days in a relaxed atmosphere with all the practicalities taken care of encourages communication and the flow of ideas. We have accommodated companies such as McCann&Ericksson, T-Online, Myrurgia, Sugar, Orangina and many others.
Special interest groups
We have the right facilities for all kinds of activities, whether sporting, cultural, health or personal development, without leaving Cas Gasi if you prefer. Ranging from spiritual retreats and detox, to study groups, drawing or dance classes, we can find the right professionals for you to pursue your interests in groups of at least 10 and up to 20 people, depending on the season. Another option is for you to bring along your own instructor or course leader. Other topics include Phoenician and Punic history, painting, bridge, Tai Chi, cycling, bird watching and ornithology, etc. We are happy to take your suggestions.
Photo shoots and filming
For some years, Cas Gasi has been accommodating photographers and their teams or film crews, particularly in the mid to low season. One great advantage is that the hotel can cater for anyone, from assistants to the most demanding supermodel, and at the same time it can be turned into a set or location, avoiding stressful and time-wasting comings and goings. The house and its grounds provide an enormous variety of spots in a spectacular natural setting, with lush and diverse vegetation. As well as the hotel's own staff, such as cooks, chambermaids, laundry assistant, gardener, etc., we can also organise seamstresses, drivers, guides, etc., sort out last-minute problems and even obtain access to exclusive private homes.
What could be better after a hard day's work than to relax in the Spa, in front of a cosy open fire or in the swimming pool (depending on the time of year) and enjoy good food and drink. Refreshing sleep in total silence is the best way of ensuring that a good day's work lies ahead.
